Nobody knows where Tugboat Edits continues to unearth these producers. Where as other labels go after who's hot, Tugboat Edits continues to break new names into this scene... it's a new name but is it a new face? This record sounds like if you were to explain the Edits Scene to a golden era hip hop producer from NYC or Chicago. More of sample based tracks and loops, put together perfect for sophisticated dance floors, lounges and "real head" sets.
